Evaluation and Evaluation of Resilience to Drought Hazards in Rural Areas Case Study: rural district Ghare Taghgan Neka

The present study is of applied purpose and of descriptive-analytical method. The data were collected using documentary and field method (observation and questionnaire). The statistical population of this research is based on the census of 6947 13 1395 households in 24 villages; Based on the relationship of the ratio of the number of samples in each village to 233 samples were distributed and distributed randomly among households. Data were analyzed using descriptive (inferential) and inferential statistical methods (single sample t, Friedman, cluster analysis) and VAS, ARAS and VIKOR models. The results show that the resilience of rural areas to drought is low. The findings of Vikor, Eras and Vas Pass models showed that Valashteh-Akhadi villages of Bostan Khel and Daghaelo had the highest rank and high resiliency and the villages of Jaman, Plazhartesh and Behzad Kola in the lower ranks.
